About me


I studied Leisure and Sports Studies at Leeds Beckett University, but spent 15 years working in an office environment. After having the twins, I felt called to return to my passion for fitness - this time with a mission: to help mums prioritise themselves and fill their own cup.
I struggled to find time for my own fitness after my first baby, so I understand how overwhelming those early weeks and months can be. That's why I created a space where mums can feel supported, capable, and seen.


Hi, I'm Laura - mum to a 4-year-old boy and twin toddler boy/girl duo!
I've always enjoyed fitness and know firsthand how hard it can be to get back into a routine with young children. From completing an Ironman before kids to squeezing in a weekly 5k now, I understand how rewarding it is to stay active (in whatever form that takes) - and how important it is to carve out a little time for yourself each week.
I'm a qualified personal trainer and a pre- and post-natal fitness specialist, so whether you're expecting or recently postpartum, I’m here to help. I know that first step can feel daunting — so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have specific needs, questions, or just fancy a chat.
